We take over the mechanical processing of your workpieces up to 160 tons with a maximum of X = 33,100 mm Y = 7,000 mm travel distances on modern portal milling machines and boring mills within the Nibotec network.

Whether stress-relieved or hydrogen effusion annealing - with our annealing furnaces we can refine and unbend workpieces up to 6,000 x 3,000 x 2,600 millimeters.

We blast your workpieces according to Sa 2.5 or also using various other processes and parts in our blasting chamber (6,700 x 4,100 x 4,100 millimeters). Upon request with subsequent color coating according to your specifications.
